together we're heavy

babies can produce a couple of things very well. here's what they are: a very sad cry that makes the parents come running, and a vast amount of poop and pee. in three weeks, there have been many incidents of the diaper being pooped in before it's completely on (yay for cloth diapers!), my hand being pooped in, the baby bath has been pooped in twice and peed on once, and best of all was today: as he was being fed, noel managed to poop on my shirt, WITH a diaper ON! he's also peed on the wall and on his clothes and on my hand a few times (i often forget to cover him with the cloth~there's a LOT to remember!!!).

but who can resist him?

olivia's little girl was born at 11:54 pm on feb. 13. amelia kathleen weighed in at 5 lbs. 2 oz., and is 18 inches long. she beats noel out by a couple ozs and 1/2 an inch. i hope these 2 small frys can meet soon! :) here's her pic with her big bro...she looks just like her mom to me!

i can't believe noel is here. i will have to take a nap before i write about it on here, but i wanted you to see some pics. in the first one, he looks like he's giving a speech.


he had jaundice and was put in the lamps at home, but his appointment yesterday showed that the billyreuben (sp?) count was down, and now he's all good! he's actually starting to look white...haha. ;)

i want to be induced on feb. 17th!!! olivia is the luckiest girl in the world. those words would be music to my ears. "induction"...please, let me hear them too.
over the weekend we completed project noel...all but him being here. our living room has baby things in it...the room is done...the carseats just need to be put in cars, but other than that we're ready. every time there is a big jolt in the night from him, i wonder if my water has broken. i really, really, really want some sign of labor! i'm so uncomfortable and getting more irritable by the day. i have tried willing myself to snap out of it, but it's not working. the only answer will be noel getting here! we really can't wait. what an exciting (and a bit nerve wracking) time! :)

we got the room finished over the weekend! i'm so thrilled with how it turned out. we also need to install car seat bases and pack a hospital bag, but i think i've got a little bit of time on you, o. had a small scare the other night thinking i might be in labor because i was having horrible back pain. i waited it out because it was in between my shoulder blades, and not in my lower back. turned out it was pluracy, which can be caused by any changes in your chest or lungs, and considering that noel was kicking me in the lungs that day & night, it makes sense. here are some pics of the room:

good appointment today! my blood pressure was the same, down to 88 diastolic...and I DID NOT GAIN ANYTHING!!! i was thinking that there was NO WAY it was right, but i wasn't going to complain! she said my size was perfect...i even told her that everyone's 'concerned' saying that i don't look big enough. she told me not to worry about it and that she'd let me know if there was any reason for concern. i don't have to go back for 2 weeks! SWEET!

you know what's weird? i was just thinking about march 22 today for some reason as the day he might be born. i have NO idea why either! i'm thinking "hell no" though...that would put me over 3 weeks past my due date...yikes...i would be one crabby lady.
